Experience Our New Tasting Room:

We are excited to welcome you to our brand-new tasting room, opening for reservations starting July 18th. Available Thursday through Sunday, the new tasting room offers a refined and relaxing atmosphere where you can enjoy our exquisite wines.

Enjoy our 30-minute no-reservation seated bar tastings, available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you prefer a seated table reservation, we have that too! Book your seated tasting inside to fully immerse yourself in the Augusta Vin experience, or take advantage of our outdoor glass and bottle service to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Exclusive Clubhouse Access:

Starting July 18th, our current tasting room will become a new exclusive members-only clubhouse Thursday – Sundays. Enjoy serene outdoor patio seating, extended live music on weekends, and special discounts on events and tastings. No reservations necessary!

Do I need a reservation?

We highly recommend reservations for a table in our tasting room. If no tables are available, we do offer plenty of open seating outdoors for glass and bottle purchase from the bar.  Reservations are also highly recommended for our production tours as they tend to fill up quickly.  If we have openings available you might be able to hop on a tour, but this is not guaranteed and unlikely on busy weekends.

Do I have to be a member?

You don’t have to be a member to come to Augusta Vin. We do have members only seating upstairs and our East Courtyard.

Are children allowed?

We are a 21 and up facility. This does include Infants, children, and teenagers.

Do you allow pets?

Only ADA service animals are allowed in the tasting room.  Unfortunately, due to health code regulations, we can not allow pets in our production facility, which would include all tours.

Can we bring our own food?

We offer a lovely lunch style menu and do not allow outside food.

My husband doesn’t like wine, can he bring a beer?

Our TABC permit only allows for our wine on our premises. No outside drinks, either containing alcohol or not are allowed.

How long can I hang out?

Our tasting room reservations are scheduled for an hour. After your tasting, you are welcome to move to our open seating area outdoors and stay until close. 

Can I book a special event?

What happens if I reserve a tasting outdoors and the weather is bad?

Our porches are covered, but should inclement weather affect our covered areas, we will do our best to find you suitable seating indoors. Please note, there may be a wait for an open table indoors. We cannot guarantee indoor seating if your reservation was for outside.

I’m running late……I’ve tried to call.

We will gladly hold your table reservation for 15 minutes past your reserved time. If you arrive later than that, you may be directed to our open seating if there are no open reservations.  Our tours do leave promptly on time.  Unfortunately we can not hold up the tour if your party is running behind.  

I have scheduled a tour… I’m late.

We can not hold up the tour if your group is running behind, as our tours do leave on time. We will always do our best to get you on another upcoming tour if we have seats available, but this can not be guaranteed. If you miss your tour and no other tours are available, we will add a credit to your account for a future tour to be used within a year of your visit.

Can I add a person to my reservation when I walk in?

It depends.  If you have a party of 4 and need to add a person, we may not have a table for more than 4 available.  The largest reservation we take is for 8 people. It’s best to email us prior to the day of your reservation at info@augustavin.com, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

How do I book at tour?

You can schedule a tour online. If we have availability on a tour when you arrive, we would love to have you participate on the spur of the moment, but the tours do tend to book out in advance so we can not guarantee availability without a reservation. Just let the hostess know if you are interested in a tour and they can let you know what is available.  

What is the cancelation policy for tours?

We have a 5 day cancellation policy.  If you need to cancel your tour, for any reason, as long as it is not within 5 days of the tour date, we can offer you a full refund.  If the cancellation is within 5 days of the tour, we can add a credit on your account which can be used towards future tours.  This credit will expire one year from the date of the original tour.

If the wine tasting included in the tour?

Yes!  The tour price includes the guided tour, a full wine tasting and a barrel tasting.  No gratuity is included in the price however, so if you feel so inclined to tip your tour guide, it is greatly appreciated!

How can I learn about and sign up for the wine club?

All of our servers are well versed in our wines and our wine club. If you have questions or would like to join our wine club, our servers can explain all of the details and get you signed up.  If you have additional questions, feel free to email us at wineclub@augustavin.com and we will assist you in answering all of your questions! 

Is there a dress code?

You are welcome to come to our winery in “Texas casual”. We do ask that dress is appropriate for any daytime excursion you would normally take.

Do you give away your glasses with a tasting?

We’re sorry, our tasting fees do not cover a complimentary glass, but glasses and other merchandise are available for purchase.  Please ask your server for assistance.

Do you take orders for a special diet?

Upon request, we can offer gluten free crackers to our charcuterie boards.  Other minor modifications might be able to be made, but this is not guaranteed.  Please ask your server what is available for your particular dietary restriction.
