How do I sign up to become an Augusta Vin Wine Club Member?
It will only take a few minutes to become one of our valued wine club members, our team can sign you up on a visit to our timber framed tasting room or you can sign up online at https://augustavin.com/wine-club/
Payments
Credit cards will be stored on file in each member profile and charged in advance of each shipment and is non-refundable.
Returns and Cancellations
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. We ask the customer to return the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept the return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
Wine Club Cancellations
All requested wine club cancellations and account changes MUST be made 30 days prior to a wine club release upon fulfillment of your 1 year commitment. Given the limited quantities of wine set aside especially for our Augusta Vin members, we are unable to give refunds after wine club orders are processed.

Note: By signing up for the wine club you authorize Augusta Vin to charge your credit card for each club order until directed otherwise by you.
Concerned about receiving your wines? Here are some tips to help your wine club shipment arrive in the best possible way.
· UPS Access Point™ is a convenient way to receive your wine club shipments. Simply send to any one of the many UPS Access Point™ location and pick- up at your convenience. UPS Access Point™ will normally hold your wine club allocation for up to five days. You will need your driver’s license upon picking up your wine club allocation as proof that the package belongs to you.
· If your wine club allocation has already shipped you will need to click here to intercept your package delivery.
· Use your work address for receiving wine club shipments; that way, there will be an adult 21+ to sign for your package.
· Please make sure to check your spam filter on your email to ensure you receive your tracking number and up-to-date information on your shipment.
· Allocations will ship out no later than 15th of the allocation month. You will receive an email confirmation and tracking number as soon as your wines ship.
Augusta Vin is a 21 and over only facility.
