How long does it take to get into the Augusta Vin Wine Club?
Our Best in Texas team will work to get your membership into our wine club as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Logistics and Payments
You may select to pick up your wine from our timber-framed tasting room or you can choose to have your wine shipped. If you elect to have your wine shipped, an adult signature is required per State of Texas law. We highly recommend you ship your allocation to a business address. Cancellations and order changes must be received 21 days before shipments are processed an e-mail reminder will be sent to the e-mail address listed in your member file. Credit cards will be stored on file in each member profile and charged in advance of each shipment and is non-refundable.
Returns and Cancellations
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. We ask the customer to return the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept the return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
Wine Club Cancellations
All wine club cancellations MUST be made 30 days prior to a wine club release. You will receive an e-mail reminder the month prior to your shipment prompting you to update your wine club information. Given the limited quantities of wine set aside especially for our Augusta Vin members, we are unable to give refunds after wine club orders are processed.
