How do I sign up to become an Augusta Vin Wine Club Member?
Credit cards are stored on file in your member profile and charged in advance of each wine club shipment.
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is corked or flawed. We ask that you return the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed.
We are unable to accept the return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or wine that was ordered in error.
Wine Club Cancellations
All wine club cancellations MUST be made in writing 30 days prior to a wine club allocation and upon fulfillment of your 1-year commitment. Please email your request to WineClub@AugustaVin.com. Given the limited quantities of wine set aside especially for our Augusta Vin members, we are unable to give refunds after wine club orders are processed.
By signing up for a wine club membership, you are confirming that you are 21 years of age or older and agree to a 1-year (4 allocation) commitment that will renew automatically until cancelled via email at least 30 days prior to processing.
Wine club allocations take place quarterly in February, May, August & November.
All changes or cancellations must be completed 30 days prior to an upcoming allocation.
If you have a membership that allows you to choose your own wines, you can make changes in your wine club portal or you can contact us to assist you.
If you elect to have a “Ship” membership:
You will be charged a flat rate shipping cost. If re-shipping is necessary because no one was available to sign, regular rate shipping + the original flat rate re-shipping cost will apply.
Adult signature is required for delivery (21 yrs+). Please designate a shipping address where an adult will be present to sign during normal business hours.
No PO Box deliveries allowed.
If you need to authorize someone other than the Wine Club Member listed on the account to pick up your allocation, please email us at WineClub@AugustaVin.com.
*We recommend using a work address, that way there will be an adult available to sign for your package during business hours.
