- Credit cards will be processed and charged the 1st of the allocation month. If the 1st falls on a Saturday or Sunday, cards will be charged the following Monday.
- Must be over 21 years old to be an Augusta Vin Wine Club Member. By signing up for wine club membership you are confirming you are over 21.
- Adult (over 21 years old) signature required at delivery. Please designate an address for shipping where someone over 21 will be present to sign during normal business hours (many people list their business address). No PO Boxes allowed. Re-shipments are $30. Please refer to the Shipping and Delivery section for additional information.
- We ship to ALL states EXCEPT for the below due to shipping laws and limitations:

- We will bill your credit card automatically for the discounted cost of wine plus shipping charges (if applicable).
Note: No email notification is sent PRIOR to processing your payment. By signing up for the wine club you authorize Augusta Vin to charge your credit card for each club order until directed otherwise by you.
- If you have a membership that allows you to choose your own wines, you MUST login to the Wine Club Portal and make your selections by the 30th of the month prior to distribution. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate late selections.
- You will be charged $15 flat rate shipping. If re-shipping is necessary because no one was available to sign, a $30 re-shipping cost will apply.
- Allocations will be available for pick-up 2 days after your card is charged. We request pick-up occur Sunday – Friday. Please no Saturday pick-ups. We cannot accommodate early pick up requests. Unauthorized pick-ups are not allowed. If you need to authorize someone other than the Wine Club Member listed on the account to pick up your allocation, please email us at WineClub@AugustaVin.com. We do require 48 hours advance notice.
- Once the order is processed the wine is considered purchased even if returned and will not be refunded.
