Q:: How do I sign up to become an Augusta Vin Wine Club Member?
A: It will only take a few minutes to become one of our valued wine club members. Our team can sign you up during a visit to our clubhouse or tasting room, or you can sign up by clicking “join now” above.
Q: How are payments handled?
A: Credit cards will be stored on file in each member profile and charged in advance of each shipment. Payments are non-refundable.
Q: What happens if I don’t pick up my allocation?
A: Allocations not picked up or shipped within 60 days of processing will be forfeited without a refund. Members will receive reminders to arrange for pickup or shipping.
Q: What is the process for reporting damaged wine?
A: Email wineclub@augustavin.com with photos of the damage. Replacements or refunds will be processed at the manager’s discretion.
Q: What should I know about the initial shipment?
A: All initial shipments will be charged a flat shipping rate of $20. Reshipments due to unclaimed or returned packages will be charged at the current rates provided by our distributor.

A: Requested wine club cancellations and account changes MUST be made 30 days prior to a wine club allocation release (1st day of February, May, August, and November). Please email WineClub@AugustaVin.com with your cancellation or account change request, a wine club team member will assist you with your options. Failure to fulfill the four-allocation commitment may result in an early cancellation fee. Once membership is canceled, any allocations that have not been picked up or shipped will require arrangements within 30 days; otherwise, the wine will be forfeited. Given the limited quantities of wine set aside especially for our Augusta Vin members, we are unable to give refunds after wine club orders are processed.
Must be over 21 years old to be an Augusta Vin Wine Club Member. By signing up for wine club membership you are confirming you are over 21 and agree to a 4-allocations commitment.
An adult (over 21 years old) signature is required at delivery. Please designate an address for shipping where someone over 21 will be present to sign during normal business hours (many people list their business address). No PO Boxes allowed.
Due to State Laws, we may only be able to ship to ABC Stores in your location.
We will charge your credit card automatically for the discounted cost of wine plus shipping charges (if applicable).
Members will receive an email to notify them of any unclaimed allocations. After 60 days, unclaimed allocations will be forfeited without a refund.
Q: What is the policy for returns and cancellations? A: A: Damaged wine will be considered for replacement or refund upon proof of damage. Members must email photos of the damage, such as cork damage or wine leakage, to wineclub@augustavin.com. The decision for replacement or refund is at the discretion of the manager. We ask the customer to return the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept the return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or wine that is ordered in error.

Q: Can someone else pick up my wine allocations? A: Yes, a member can authorize another person to pick up their wines. To do so, please send an email to wineclub@augustavin.com naming the person or persons you permit to collect your wines. We prefer to receive this notification Monday through Friday so we can note your account ahead of time. Please be aware that we will not release wines without documented authorization to ensure a smooth experience and avoid any misunderstandings in the tasting room.
Q: What should I know about shipping?
You will be charged a $20 flat rate shipping fee for wine club allocations. If re-shipping is necessary because no one was available to sign, standard shipping rates will apply.
Allocations will be available on the first Sunday after your allocation has been processed. We request pick-up occur Sunday – Friday. Unauthorized pick-ups are not allowed. If you need to authorize someone other than the Wine Club Member listed on the account to pick up your allocation, please email us at WineClub@AugustaVin.com.
Allocations prior to November 2024 that have not been picked up or shipped by January 13, 2025, will be considered forfeited. No additional reminders will be sent.
Q: How can I ensure my wines are delivered successfully?
UPS Access Point™: A convenient way to receive your wine club shipments. Send to any one of the many UPS Access Point™ locations and pick up at your convenience. UPS Access Point™ will normally hold your wine club allocation for up to five days. You will need your driver’s license upon picking up your wine club allocation as proof that the package belongs to you. Always check the policy of the UPS
access point you are thinking of utilizing.
Intercept Your Package: If your wine club allocation has already shipped, you will need to click here to intercept your package delivery.
Use Your Work Address: For receiving wine club shipments, ensure there will be an adult 21+ to sign for your package.
Check Your Spam Filter: Ensure you receive your tracking number and up-to-date information on your shipment. By unsubscribing from our emails, you may miss important updates and information related
to your membership.
Shipping Timeline: Allocations will ship out no later than the 15th of the allocation month. You will receive an email confirmation and tracking number as soon as your wines ship.
Physical Address Requirement: We will not force-ship allocations without a verified physical address. Please ensure your address on file is up to date to avoid delays or forfeited shipments.
