Bio:
Guitarist/Composer Kevin McCormick has performed around the world from concert halls to clubs. He studied classical guitar jazz, composition, and poetry. His recordings include original song cycles “With the Coming of Evening” (1993) and “Squall” (1999), a collection of traditional guitar works “Solo Guitar” (2004), “Americas” (2007) which includes Latin American and original guitar works, ”Songs of the Martin” (2010) performed on an 1840s Martin classical guitar, and “In Dulci Jubilo” (2013) a collaboration with his daughter, Rachel McCormick, in a collection of sacred Christmas music.
Performing solo in the Texas Hill Country his set includes Spanish and Latin America classics, jazz arrangements, and classic acoustic rock.
